If the program is not right for you, ask for a refund within 60 days of purchase and you will receive the full amount back to your original payment method.
How to request a refund
- Use the refund link in the purchase receipt Digistore24 emailed to you, or
- Contact Digistore24 support directly at digistore24.com/support, or
- Write to us at support@h2cworldwide.com with the email address you used at checkout and we will arrange it.
Processing time
Refunds are issued by Digistore24, the retailer of record. Once approved, the amount usually appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
Access to the member area for the refunded product ends when the refund is processed.
