These Terms of Use govern your use of The Song of David website and its member area, The House of David, operated by H2C Worldwide. By purchasing or using the program you agree to these terms.

The product

The Song of David is a digital audio program: seven guided listening sessions with accompanying written material, delivered online through The House of David member area. No physical product is shipped.

Purchase and retailer

Digistore24 GmbH is the retailer of record for all purchases. Your payment, invoice and any statutory consumer rights relating to the sale are handled by Digistore24. The charge on your bank statement will appear as Digistore24.

Access

After purchase you sign in to the member area with the email address used at checkout. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred. We may suspend access that shows signs of being shared or abused.

Intellectual property

All audio, text, graphics and design in the program belong to H2C Worldwide or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may listen to and download the material for your own personal use only.

Not medical advice

The Song of David is a spiritual, devotional and relaxation practice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified professional. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery. Individual experiences vary and no particular result is guaranteed.

Community content

If you post in the member community or journal, you are responsible for what you write. We may remove content that is abusive, unlawful or unrelated to the program.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, H2C Worldwide is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the program. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
